The Salariate Behavior: A Functional Analysis

This essay covers the following notions:
1- When Croesus resists the transformation of stratum, so it causes a particular environment of lobbying in the
same hierarchy and at the same stage
2- The Croesus finds the ‘favor’ as a working instrument to make the facilities of same ground permanent for
3- The ‘favor’ develops a particular behavior which is unearthed that deliquesces social values and political
Here we have to know that the “nature of the ‘transfer of stratum’ is static for croesus and it remains onrush for
fat cat and pauper. Verily, the static nature of transformation of stratum makes the conflict between elite or croesus
antecedent”. (see The Salariate, Alienation and Struggle: A pattern study of Struggle). This attitude makes an
environment of lobbying where the favor does not remain general but particular. Conclusively, this particularity of
favor abides to be deterrence for those elites who select pursuing salariates for making them concurrence.
As we know that in our society, the elite-one or croesus represents a particular stage of the hierarchy which is
vertically designed by the salariate. In this particular scenario, the elite has a major problem which is alien to his
nurtured stage, because it would never get ready to entrust the power to the pursuing stage, i.e. fat cat. The elite-one
ever patterns to delegate the power to those one which would vow to remain concurrences for sustaining elite’s
facilitations. Unfortunately, occasionally the elite-one finds a man who would be apt for being the concurrence to
him, but usually he does not find. Hereunto, the solution which he schemes is that to cull a man from the pursuing
stages, technically who comes into the stewardship of the member of higher class, i.e. elite-one. The schemed track of
elite remains invocated for that one who is going to be a concurrence to elite-one, here he just needs to favor (at least)
every patterned step of elite. aside from this, it is a determined possible routine of salariate hierarchy he considered
this schemed as his own gambit. In short, the ‘favor’ is the bargaining point of hierarchy.
Fatally, the favor remains a quality of efficiency for the salariate, moreover this favor is being interpreted as an
ability and a skill to be adjusted in the environment of politics. Here the survival is associated with adoption of
certain abilities and skills. This attitude abides to be a pragmatic approach for every salariate which makes the man
incorporated with political environment.
As we think in this particular environment, the non-salariate is not only considered as a non-practical individual,
but his non-salariate ground remains a clear announcement of his inefficiency. The elite-one always wants to sustain
his ground of being salariate on the bases of the favor that nourishes the bargaining. On the bases of cognition, the
non-salariate ground of an individual is to be reckoned on the psychological deprivation. If a person who is a pursing
salariate, i.e. fat cat or pauper but he is not going to develop a favor to a particular person, he needs a favorable
environment for being a permanent salariate at same stage, so that pursuing salariate remains a deterrence to the
particular elite one (this is a declension where the lobbies come to reveal to every one). In short, if the one (from
pursuing stratum) is not favoring the other who needs the favor for his survival, the pursing one would be considered
an inefficient individual. If the pursing one whether he is fat cat or pauper, doesn’t bargain technically, then he will
not be able to reach at the next stratum and won’t be capable to enjoy the facilities. Ultimately, the lack of ability and
capability doesn’t produce an apt condition to be adjusted with political environment and it doesn’t make an
individual to adopt suitable conditions. Besides, the lack-ness but the plentiful-ness can be conceived as ‘the survival
of the fittest’ in the hierarchy of salariate.
In our perspective, on a particular stratum where the croesus wants to survive and never ready to relinquish his
power, here is not a corrival for the fat cat or pauper, but he is an contender to every those individuals who work for
the ground (in society) and their every action affects the salariates whether the salariate is pauper, fat cat or croesus.
Unfortunately, the salariates can never disregard the effects of their works, and their work can never be bargained. If
there is no bargaining there the salariates would never survived. However, in the realm of salariate, if a person is not
going to bargain, he can be counted as inefficient. But, the members of same realm count them efficient or serious
when they find a gap which can be cause to deteriorate the personality of that individual for the sake of making the
It concretizes the condition for the non-salariate that without the salariates’ favor, every serious action of nonsalariate can be converted into ‘inefficiency or risible’. This salariate behavior neither regards the cultural values nor it
respects traditional teleology, but it is not more than an instrument to get rid of from the deterrence of non-salariate.
Ruinously, this behavior neither allows the salariates to get participated in order to developing the social collection,
nor to value an ideology (at least).
Pragmatically, this behavior can’t be functional logically, because
1- It is not associated with natural particularities, but it is transcendent from them.
2- It is not getting adjusted with the particular environment but it gets unearthed from the nature of society
and gets mundane
3- It effectuates a legitimized ground to make a permanent survival at the same stage, where he always wants to
be associated, but this permanent survival is not sublunary rather insubstantial
Whereas, the behavior of salariates, particularly, elite-one or Croesus, is functionally illogical, which not only
makes him a Croesus salariate, but authorizes him to become the source for making the other salariate.
In our society the particular salariate version political correctness is not working, but it is deliquescing the social
values, i.e. cultural and traditional, because the class of our political authority consists of elite salariates and
concurrence of them, and they have replaced the social authorities (see New Social Class Emerged in Balochistan),
actually in Baloch politics, we just find five baloch politicans that they can be considered internationally and
nationally baloch leadership. First four leaders are those, who started their political service/career before the first
general election of Balochistan. The fifth one has emerged as a leader who produced a non-salariatic politics.
Unfortunately, these all five leaders or their political versions remain deterrence to every salariated leader.
