After we students were assigned the book Sapiens for reading, I just wondered how a student like me could read such a lengthy book. And that was true, because when I started this book it was tough to get the context easily. But I tried my best to read and get just a few things from the book. The book Sapiens is written by Yuval Noah Harari and this is based on the history of mankind.
The book Sapiens is greatly written by Yuval Noah Harari. This book is totally based on the history of Humankind. It is an interesting, and complicated book because the views of the author and our conception are too different. According to Yuval Noah after the continuous evolution human being came in such a structure before million years ago they were like Chimpanzees and glorious, but many of us even don’t agree on such concepts because we believe that we all are the product of Adam and Eve. Furthermore, the author talks about various stories of history like building pyramids and the agricultural revolution, which are known as the great success in human kind. Most importantly, the writer explains the reason behind this continuous evolution. There are various reasons behind this from the points of writer that can be sexual interest or the migration also it can be the natural selection. This is really informative for those who have the interest in learning about history. To me, the author should receive some words of appreciation because he defines history in such a way that readers really go in deep thinking. If today the world is modern or new, then this is all due to the efforts of Homo sapiens who worked in history as the writer observes. Today the world is unique, and it is complex because of these all inventions and discoveries.
The main idea of the book Sapiens is to make people aware about the history or to show the meaning of history and continues changes which were taking place. The author really showed that he is a great writer and a great researcher.
